AFTER CARE
FOLLOWING YOUR WINDOW TINT INSTALLATION
ROLLING DOWN WINDOWS:
To ensure the tint is properly installed, it's important to keep your windows closed for 72 hours after installation. Avoid rolling down your windows during this time.

DRYING OF THE FILM:
During the first few days after getting your windows tinted, they may appear hazy. You may see little water pockets, resembling dimples on a golf ball, forming between the film and the glass. This is completely normal in the drying process. As the film dries, the remaining water will form little pockets. These are normal and will simply evaporate & go away on their own. If possible, park the vehicle in the sun. This aids to speed up and solidify the drying process.

CLEANING WINDOWS:
Once your windows are tinted, you can clean the outside of your windows immediately if desired. However, we do fully wipe down the inside & outside of your windows after they are tinted, before you leave. It is recommended to wait a few days to a week before cleaning the inside of the windows. Avoid using ammonia cleaners! Opt for a non-ammonia cleaner and a soft paper towel. Alternatively, you can use soap and water or a product that's safe for tinted windows.
DOT MATRIX:
Newer vehicles typically have a black ceramic dotted edge around the glass that is 3 dimensional and lifted off the glass. You can simply feel them by running your finger along them. The film doesn't stick to them well and the dots hold the film away from the glass, causing a whitish looking appearance. After the film has had proper time to dry, you can take your finger and run it along these dotted areas to fully push the excess air out and improve the appearance if needed. Usually, just parking your vehicle in the sun encourages and solidifies the drying process.
